Role overview
Role Purpose:
The post holder is responsible for pursuing contracts for face-to-face English tuition with companies and public institutions with the aim of meeting an agreed income target. Working closely with the Assistant Director Teaching Centre and the Director of English and Exams, the post holder will develop contacts with training/HR managers of major companies/organisations, analyse their English language needs and sell courses/exams packages. He/She will also manage a CRM database and establish contacts with key business organisations, e.g. the EBA.
The post holder will need to acquire a detailed knowledge of British Council products in the area of English and will support entrepreneurial opportunities to expand the usage of the organisation’s products (e.g., digital, face-to-face and examinations) amongst its target audiences.
Skills, experience and qualifications for the advertised vacancy:
Essential:
- Experience of working in sales
- Knowledge of digital and social media
- Experience of financial planning and management
- English at a minimum of C1 level
- Fluent written and spoken Ukrainian and Russian
- Graduate or post-graduate degree
Desirable:
- Experience of working in the English Language sector
