The British Council is the Data Controller of the information that you provide for the purpose of processing your consultation booking for English classes. This means that the British Council is responsible for determining how your information is collected and used.

The legal basis for processing your information is that of your consent.

The British Council will share your personal data with following organisations for the purpose mentioned above.

Other than for the purposes mentioned herein, your personal data will not be shared outside the British Council without your explicit permission.

In order to achieve the necessary purposes outlined above, your personal information will be securely transferred and stored in the following locations: Ukraine (British Council office), USA ( Campaign Monitor Data Centre) and EU (MS 365 Data Centres).

We will keep your information for a period of 4 years after the end of the academic term.

Data Protection

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold on you, and the right to ask us to correct any inaccuracies in that information.
