Going Global, an annual conference hosted by the British Council, took place in London in June 2015. Going Global is an open forum for global leaders of international education to discuss issues facing the international education community. Each year it attracts over 1,000 registered delegates from across the education sectors and a variety of other industries with perspectives on international education.
The main objective of Going Global 2015 was to explore the creative connections that are established through bringing together diverse cultures, people and ideas, and how these connections can act as major catalysts for innovation.
The call for proposals for speakers and poster presentations for Going Global 2016 is now open, the deadline is 30 September 2015. Registration for Going Global 2016 opens in January 2016. The forum will examine the themes of education policy and economic development.
