Can I register and pay for IELTS exam in Ukraine?

No, we have temporarily suspended registration and IELTS test delivery in our test centres in Ukraine, because of the Russian military aggression, but If you need to take an IELTS Academic test, you can take it online now from the comfort of your home or any private location with a stable internet connection.

Are you planning to open new exam sessions at some point?

Yes, we will resume our activities in test centres when it is safe to do so. And if you need to take an IELTS Academic test, you can take it online now from the comfort of your home or any private location with a stable internet connection.

Can I take an IELTS test in other country than Ukraine?

Yes, you can register and take the test at any of the British test centres in more than 100 countries. Chose the country where you would like to take IELTS and register for the test following the link https://takeielts.britishcouncil.org/take-ielts/book

My IELTS exam was cancelled because of the Russian military aggression. How can I request a refund?

To request a refund, please follow the regular refund procedure. You will get full refund of your fee. We are working diligently to respond to all enquiries, but the situation is extraordinary, so some delays in response might occur.

I haven’t received the test results via post, how can I receive them now?

We are not able to provide test results over the phone, by email or fax for security reasons.

If you have relocated to another country we can arrange the pick up your IELTS certificate from a test centre there, please contact us at info@britishcouncil.org.ua and we will get in touch with you with the next steps.
