“The Programme helped me to believe in myself, to establish many connections with colleagues from other universities and to become involved in other projects for university development”

Svitlana Shchudlo, Drohobych State Pedagogical University

12 Ukrainian universities took part in the first year of the Ukraine Higher Education Leadership Development Programme (2016-2017).

Under the Programme, the participants completed a series of trainings on leadership development, team work and change management, worked on their institutional change projects, and visited a UK partner university to learn best practices for successful implementation of their initiatives.

Participation in the Programme facilitated the search for the innovative models of effective communication and cooperation on the principles of shared leadership. It also contributed to forming a perception of a change as an opportunity for quality transformation.

University profiles and results of their participation in the Programme can be found under corresponding links below.
