Novopskov - is a village in Ukraine with almost 10 000 population. The village was named after the Pskov regiment of the second Kyrasylsks division that was located at this territories in 1829.
Novopskov - is not only a village but also "active" people whose objective is to tell about themselves the entire Ukraine. They are carrying out a project of cultural integration between Volyn and Lugansk regions.
