The British Council seeks a Media Partner to plan and execute a year-long media campaign (March 2025 – March 2026) for the Gender Equality Partnerships (GEP) programme in Ukraine. The media campaign is aimed at raising awareness about the gender policies, principles and challenges women face in their career in Higher Education sector, in particular, women underrepresentation in leadership positions.
Key Objectives:
- Enhance Public Engagement: Promote interest in gender policies and challenges women face in higher education.
- Educational Impact: Inform the public on gender equality principles and the GEP programme's impact.
- Measurable Impact: Track success using KPIs like audience reach and engagement.
The Media Partner will be responsible for completing the following deliverables:
- Media Campaign Strategy: Develop a timeline with milestones and deliverables.
- Multimedia Content Production, including videos, photos, design, dissemination etc.
- Cultural Alignment: Ensure content respects Ukrainian cultural norms and British Council branding.
- Monitoring Mechanism: Track performance and provide reports.
- Reporting: Submit quarterly updates and a final comprehensive report.
Non-governmental organizations based in Ukraine with at least two years of experience in the media sector are eligible to apply.
The maximum budget for this campaign – 400,000 UAH.

- Applications will be evaluated on proposal quality, experience, value for money, and background in gender-related campaigns.
- Selection results will be announced by 25 February 2025.
