Ukraine Creative Spark Policy Forum is a platform to discuss strategic approaches to strengthening the role of higher education institutions in creative industries development̆ in Ukraine using the experience of the Creative Spark programme. Also, the forum presents the UK’s experience in forming a collaboration between the higher education system and creative industries sector.
Ukraine Creative Spark Policy Forum is an annual event bringing together key stakeholders from Ukraine and experts from the UK. The first edition of the forum took place in February 2020 in Kyiv.
